What does the job entail?

As an AVON seller, you can sell to your friends, family, neighbours and work colleagues. We will also give you guidance and support to help you find new customers and increase your sales. Your role involves showing your customers the AVON catalogue and demonstrating how great the products are with the aim of securing as many sales as possible. You will then place the orders on your customers’ behalf and deliver them to their door when they’re ready. At this time, you will pay AVON and keep your commission for yourself.

How much will I earn?

Every three weeks, you will earn a commission of between 20 and 25 per cent of the sales you have made during this period. The exact amount depends on the total value of your order, but that means you will get to keep between £20 and £25 of every £100 of AVON products you sell, which is pretty easy money! The incentive is that the more you sell, the more you earn.

How many hours do I have to work?

It is entirely your choice how many hours you work. One week, you could choose to do extra hours because you’re keen to earn more to save for your holiday, then the following week, you could choose to do far less hours because you want to spend more time with the family. It really is down to you.
